Lifetime Warranty (U.S. & Canada Residents Only)

All Turbo Heat Welding Tools are backed by a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not extend to subsequent owners or to the indefinite “life” of the product itself.

• Valid for U.S. and Canadian residents only, with proof of purchase (online account order or invoice).
• We will repair or replace defective tools at our discretion for as long as you, the original purchaser, own them.
• Exclusions: Consumable parts such as heating elements, and cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, discoloration, fading) that do not affect function.
