The Turbo Concorde Kit is the complete sports-floor welding system for installers who want stable, consistent welds on cushioned athletic floors—without the cost or complexity of a fully automatic welder.

This kit combines the Concorde Manual Welding Machine and the Sports Turbo Groover to create a controlled, reliable workflow specifically designed for modern sports flooring.

The Sports Turbo Groover: Engineered for Cushioned Sports Surfaces

Sports flooring compresses and rebounds under each step, and the Sports Turbo Groover is engineered specifically for that dynamic surface.

Instead of wheels, it uses flat skids integrated into the tool's body to distribute pressure across a wide surface area—similar to snowshoes or skis. This prevents the groover from digging deeper when the cushion compresses underneath the installer’s weight.

Wheel-based groovers concentrate pressure into two tiny points, causing fluctuating cut depths as the surface rises and falls. The Sports Turbo Groover avoids this entirely with its wider pressure distribution creating consistent cutting depths.

The skids glide smoothly while maintaining consistent bite through tough sports-floor composites, making it exceptional for straight runs, curves, shapes, and inlays. For sports floors, always use the SKU 18A blade.

The Concorde: Stable, Controlled Welding for Sports Floors

Sports floors rise and fall underfoot more than any other material, making consistency the biggest challenge. The Concorde provides machine-level stability in a fully manual platform.

Its wide wheelbase keeps the welder planted and prevents tipping, even when rolling over minor surface variations. The frame stays naturally centered on the seam, ensuring a predictable weld path from start to finish.

A freely spinning spool feeder supplies smooth, resistance-free welding rod feed, allowing the rod to flow naturally at your chosen pace.

The Concorde is fully omni-directional—you can operate it from the front, back, or either side—ideal for gyms and athletic spaces.
