The Turbo Marmo Groover Set is a precision-built two-pass system designed specifically for Marmoleum®, natural linoleum, and any type of vinyl sheet flooring. Unlike traditional push groovers that force you to control depth by feel, the Marmo system gives you a clean, centered guide cut followed by a controlled finish cut — so you hit full weld depth without risking damage to the wear layer or jute backing.

A Two-Pass System Built for Perfect Depth

• First Pass – Guide Cut (50% depth): Creates a perfectly centered, low-resistance track for straight seams, curves, circles, and custom patterns.
• Second Pass – Finish Cut (full weld depth): Cuts cleanly to the jute backing (linoleum) or wear layer (vinyl) without tearing or gouging.

Traditional groovers depend on instinct and pressure control — one slip and you cut too shallow or too deep. The Marmo Groover eliminates that. Blade Selection

• Linoleum & Marmoleum: Use both Marmo blades — first-pass to set the track, second-pass to reach full weld depth.

The Turbo Plane trims excess welding rod flush to the surface in a single smooth motion. Instead of a rough skive followed by a delicate finish pass, you plane once and you're done — perfectly level, inspection-ready seams with almost no effort.

Traditional skiving demands constant control of angle and pressure. The Turbo Plane removes that variability with a dual-blade system: the first blade takes down about half the rod, and the second blade finishes perfectly flush.
