Note: The Turbo Marmo Kit covers both vinyl and linoleum. If you work exclusively with vinyl, the Master Turbo Kit is an ergonomic vinyl-optimized alternative.

A Two-Pass System That Eliminates Guesswork

At its core, the Turbo Marmo Groover Set removes the uncertainty of feel-based cutting. Each groover serves a dedicated function:

First Pass – Guide Cut (≈ 50% depth): establishes a centered track with minimal resistance.
Second Pass – Finish Cut (full bonding depth): deepens precisely to the jute backing (linoleum) or wear layer (vinyl) without tearing or gouging.

Traditional push groovers depend on hand pressure and muscle memory, which leads to uneven depth, wasted material, and weaker welds. The Turbo Marmo Groover’s dual-pass design ensures accurate, repeatable results—even for installers new to linoleum—so every seam reaches full bonding depth without damaging the substrate.

Universal Turbo Nozzle — Pre-heats the substrate and welding rod simultaneously for a maximum-strength bond that won’t budge. It is the fastest nozzle in the industry and works on all materials without scorching.

Finishing & Skiving
Coving Trimming Handle — Provides extra grip and control on fine detailing and coves.
Turbo Splicer — Joins welding rod ends seamlessly for a continuous, professional finish.
Trim Plate + Quarter Moon Knife — Provides precise, controlled skiving flush to the surface. Used in two passes for a clean, even finish, and they are the preferred method for safety floors or any surface containing abrasive grit.
Turbo Plane — Trims excess weld rod flush to the floor in a single, fluid motion, combining both skiving passes into one step. It's the faster skiving option for consistent finishing on vinyl and linoleum/Marmoleum. Wait at least 30 minutes or longer after installation ensuring the material has fully cooled and hardened.

Maintenance & Care
Wire Brush & Tuff Wire Brush — Remove carbon buildup and maintain optimal airflow extending the life of your nozzles. Used on the inside and outside respectively.
